Responsibilities
- Manage 100+ outbound calls daily to cold and warm prospects
- Use consultative, non-pushy sales techniques to engage prospects
- Assess prospect quality to qualify sales opportunities
- Schedule product demonstration appointments with Account Executives
- Achieve monthly, weekly, and daily sales targets
- Collaborate with teams to improve sales processes and efficiencies
- Track activities and update client profiles in CRM
- Network within the payroll and HCM industries
- Continuously increase knowledge about payroll, HR industries, and Symmetry products
Education
- Bachelor’s degree required
