Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary contact for clients throughout the IRS resolution process
- Educate clients on case progress, deadlines, and documentation requirements
- Collect, review, and verify IRS-related documents and client submissions
- Collaborate closely with Enrolled Agents and Tax Professionals to prepare cases
- Track case timelines, manage deadlines, and update CRM records accurately
- Assist in preparing engagement letters, authorization forms, and IRS documentation
- Maintain organized client records and ensure compliance with case requirements
