- Strong understanding of 1040, 1065, 1120, and 1120S forms and tax laws.

- Familiarity with G Suite, Microsoft Office, and CRM systems.
- Ability to manage a high-volume caseload with accuracy and compliance.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities
- Review and prepare federal and state income tax returns for individuals, partnerships, and corporations.
- Identify deductions, credits, and compliance strategies to optimize client outcomes.
- Stay current on federal and state tax regulations to ensure accurate filings.
- Research and analyze complex tax matters using IRS and state agency tools.
- Support and mentor junior tax preparers by reviewing work and sharing knowledge.
- Collaborate with Case Managers, Enrolled Agents, and Tax Attorneys on case strategy.
- Ensure proper documentation and organization of case files according to protocols.
- Maintain accurate notes in tax software and CRM platforms.
- Communicate professionally with clients to explain findings and set expectations.
- Package and mail completed tax returns to appropriate tax agencies.
- Perform additional duties to support department and company goals.
Education
- Active CTEC registration and valid PTIN required.
