Callaway Golf is searching for an enterprising Senior Product Manager to help develop and deliver ecommerce technology solutions and digital and omnichannel experiences that enable growth, retention, and cross-marketing for Callaway and its sister companies within Topgolf Callaway Brands (TCB).
This role will enable growth and enhancement of the unified customer journey to intelligently empower customers within Topgolf Callaway Brands’ ecosystem of offerings. As a Senior Digital Product Manager, the role will be a key contributor in designing and building a holistic stack that spans web, marketing, analytics, and personalization solutions.
Additionally, the role will drive alignment with stakeholders and leadership, owning the product lifecycle from opportunity & solution validation to development & go-to-market. The Senior Product Manager will collaborate with partners in ecommerce, marketing, and engineering to implement the right solutions to optimize customer touchpoints across channels and brands. This includes developing a deep understanding of brands’ challenges amid the rapidly evolving ecommerce landscape to inform the priorities that make up the product roadmap.
