Salary Range: $36.53/hr – $53.20/hr (based on years of experience)
Sign-On Bonus: Available on a case-by-case basis
Job Description
Join a dynamic therapy team as a Physical Therapist in our Acute Inpatient Rehab unit. This full-time opportunity offers competitive compensation and a collaborative, patient-centered environment dedicated to quality care.
Responsibilities:
Perform evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
Deliver therapeutic interventions according to physician orders and rehab goals
Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
Educate patients and families on therapy plans and at-home exercises
Participate in interdisciplinary team planning
Prioritize caseloads and ensure documentation and regulatory compliance
Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Physical Therapy
Active Physical Therapy license in Florida
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (or obtained within 30 days of hire)
Minimum 1 year of experience as a PT (specify Acute or Rehab interest when applying)
No travel required
