Responsibilities
- Supervise staff including work prioritization, performance evaluations, and training
- Maintain a healthy and safe work environment
- Assist in managing services and activities of one or more water treatment plants
- Monitor and evaluate quality, responsiveness, efficiency, and effectiveness of programs and procedures
- Assure water quality meets federal, state, and city regulations
- Record and maintain detailed operational data of water plants
- Provide staff assistance to senior management personnel
Education
- Associate’s Degree in civil engineering, chemical engineering, chemistry, biology, or related field
