Responsibilities
- Process public records requests under the Texas Public Information Act
- Respond to inquiries from the City Secretary’s and City Attorney’s Offices
- Process subpoenas and act as Custodian of Records in court
- Coordinate review of personnel records by external agencies
- Manage records retention and destruction in compliance with policies
- Serve as liaison between Police Department and Legal Department
- Adhere to departmental policies including attendance and confidentiality

- Associates degree from an accredited college or university
