Responsibilities

- Assist supervisors with CRM work queue management, training, directing teams, and mentoring staff.
- Conduct extensive account research and analysis on complex customer issues.
- Ensure accurate documentation in the CRM system for each customer interaction.
- Conduct new hire and ongoing training on systems, policies, and processes.
