Responsibilities
- Lead annual operating plan and budgeting process aligned with strategic objectives.
- Develop and present financial reporting to senior management, board, lenders, and investors.
- Manage monthly and quarterly forecasting with accurate projections and risk identification.
- Collaborate closely with Go-to-Market Finance and Sales Leadership teams.
- Lead and mentor a team of 5 across consolidations, systems, and business partnering.
- Optimize accounting and planning tools such as OneStream and NetSuite.
- Drive process improvements to enhance financial reporting efficiency and accuracy.
- Provide financial partnership to Marketing, R&D, and G&A leadership.
- Collaborate with Business Operations, People Team, and Enterprise Tech to align financial plans.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related analytical field.
- MBA preferred.
