Responsibilities
- Serve as Workday SME across Finance and HR modules including Financial Accounting, Procurement, HCM, and Payroll.
- Define architecture and roadmap for Workday Financials and HR modules.
- Translate complex business and financial requirements into scalable Workday solutions.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver integrated finance and HR technology solutions.
- Design and oversee integrations between Workday and external systems using Workday Studio, EIB, and Cloud Connect.
- Establish and enforce financial data governance and standards within Workday.
- Provide training, mentorship, and leadership for Workday teams.
- Manage Workday implementations, updates, testing, and compliance with SOX and financial regulations.
- Define role-based security and collaborate on system configuration and support.
- Document processes, manage security roles, and support end users.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Accounting, Finance, or related field.
