Responsibilities
- Serve as a strategic business partner and coach to the Chief Revenue Officer and sales leadership teams.
- Develop and execute annual talent strategies aligned to business and people priorities.
- Lead, develop, and manage a team of People Business Partners and Regional People Partners.
- Advise on organizational design, workforce planning, change management, and employee relations.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with People Team and business stakeholders to drive people programs and scale business impact.
- Manage global HR outcomes across multiple regions including the US, Spain, India, and LatAm.
- Provide data-driven insights to influence talent decisions and organizational initiatives.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field required.
