Senior Director Revenue Cycle

The Wilshire Group is a boutique consulting firm specializing in healthcare revenue cycle management, seeking a Senior Director of Managed Care Operations to lead strategic planning and execution of managed care claims for a top healthcare system. This role demands strong leadership, deep knowledge of managed care and healthcare finance, and the ability to drive operational improvements in a professional on-site environment.

  • Ensure timely and accurate claims processing, contract reimbursement, and denial management.
  • Manage financial aspects including budgeting, financial reporting, and executive consultation.
  • Maintain compliance with federal, state, and payer regulations.
  • Champion development of new claims and reporting tools to improve performance.
  • Provide strategic leadership and mentoring to managers and staff.
  • Build strong partnerships with internal and external stakeholders.

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Finance, Accounting, or related field required.
  • Master’s degree preferred.
