Responsibilities
- Provide in-person clinical coverage to skilled nursing facilities within assigned market during provider absences.
- Coordinate medical staffing efforts ensuring optimal coverage across the market.
- Promptly address and resolve clinical concerns and patient care issues.
- Implement company policies and maintain high-quality care standards.
- Support medical staff and facility personnel with clinical resources.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
- Contribute to operational efficiency through various clinical operations tasks.
- Maintain timely attendance and reliable transportation for commuting between facilities.
Education
- Active Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner license in state of practice.
- Active DEA license.
