Responsibilities
- Provide in-person coverage to skilled nursing facilities during provider absences
- Coordinate medical staffing efforts to ensure optimal market coverage
- Resolve clinical concerns and patient care issues promptly
- Implement company policies and procedures to maintain quality standards
- Support medical staff and facility personnel with clinical resources
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
- Contribute to clinical operations and overall operational efficiency
- Maintain timely attendance and reliable transportation
Education
- Active PA or NP licensure
- DEA licensure
