Enterprise Account Executive - Chicago

Tines is a dynamic scale-up specializing in orchestration, automation, and AI platforms that empower businesses to streamline operations and mitigate risk. We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Account Executive for our Central Sales team, focused on building and expanding relationships with enterprise customers and channel partners in the Chicago region.

Skills

  • Quota carrying SaaS sales experience (3+ years).
  • Proven success selling technical SaaS solutions to enterprise-level IT and security stakeholders.
  • Strong prospecting, lead generation, and pipeline management skills.
  • Experience working with regional IT channel partners and technology alliances.
  • Ability to develop new territories and generate customer demand from scratch.
  • Cross-department collaboration aptitude.
  • Coachability with a growth mindset.

Responsibilities

  • Build awareness and demand for Tines automation solutions across enterprise accounts.
  • Articulate product capabilities and demonstrate value to customers.
  • Manage multiple complex sales opportunities and close deals.
  • Collaborate with channel partners, marketing, customer success, and solutions engineering teams.
  • Prospect new leads and nurture inbound opportunities.
  • Develop strong business plans for account and territory growth.
  • Work closely with sales leadership to develop strategies for new logo acquisition.
  • Provide feedback to product and go-to-market teams based on customer insights.
  • Attend in-person meetings and events regularly in the Chicago region.

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred but not strictly required.
