Strategic Account Executive - Chicago

Tines is a cutting-edge automation platform company empowering businesses to optimize workflows and security operations. They are seeking a Strategic Account Executive to develop enterprise customer relationships and drive sales growth in the Central region, with a focus on Chicago, IL.

Skills

  • Proven ability in quota carrying SaaS sales and enterprise account management
  • Experience selling technical SaaS solutions to security and IT stakeholders (CISO, CIO, CTO, etc.)
  • Strong prospecting and pipeline development skills
  • Familiarity with IT channel partners and technology alliances in the Central region
  • Ability to build new territories and generate customer demand independently
  • Cross-departmental collaboration skills
  • Coachability and eagerness to learn and adapt

Responsibilities

  • Build awareness and demand for Tines automation platform in the assigned territory
  • Manage multiple opportunity pipelines and close complex enterprise SaaS deals
  • Collaborate with marketing, customer success, solution engineers, technology alliances, and reseller partners
  • Prospect proactively to supplement lead flow and nurture inbound leads
  • Develop and execute strategic business plans to achieve growth in accounts and territory
  • Provide product and market feedback to cross-functional teams
  • Attend in-person meetings and events regularly in the Chicago region

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred but not explicitly required
