Responsibilities
- Review tax returns for real estate clients including Form 1065 and Form 1120-S
- Manage client engagements from planning through completion within budget and deadlines
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships and collaborate internally
- Stay current on tax laws, regulations, and standards relevant to real estate taxation
- Apply technical expertise to complex partnership taxation matters such as like-kind exchanges
- Provide timely, high-quality services exceeding client expectations
- Support and guide other tax professionals within the firm
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field
- Master’s degree in accounting preferred
- Current CPA certification preferred
