Responsibilities
- Provide end-to-end recruiting operational support including requisition creation and onboarding coordination.
- Assist with job postings, interview scheduling, and candidate communications within the ATS.
- Ensure recruitment compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Create onboarding schedules and coordinate activities with internal teams.
- Maintain and order marketing and promotional materials.
- Organize employee engagement events and team lunches during peak seasons.
- Lead social committee event planning and execution including holiday celebrations and community service events.
- Manage company social media accounts and create talent-focused content.
- Collaborate with HR, partners, managers, and staff on talent and operational initiatives.
- Contribute to projects that enhance employee satisfaction and recruiting efficiency.
Education
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, human resources, business administration, or a related field.
