Who we’re looking for
Toyota’s Accounts Payable Department is looking for a passionate and highly motivated analyst.
The primary responsibility of this role is to ensure accurate and timely banking transactions and supporting financial operations related to accounts payable. This role reports to the Accounts Payable Manager.
What you’ll be doing:
Monitoring high-volume electronic payments (ACH, Wire transfers, checks) to vendors, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
Reconcile daily bank transactions, AP clearing accounts and resolve banking discrepancies promptly
Monitor and maintain positive pay and fraud detection systems with banking partners
Ensure compliance with SOX controls and assist with audits as needed
Provide customer service via ticketing system for banking requests such as stop payments, check copies, and ACH deposit verifications
What you bring:
Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Accounting or Finance or related field
Accounts Payable, Banking or treasury operation experience
Strong understanding of payment processing systems, banking platforms and financial reconciliation
Proficiency in ERP Systems (e.g. SAP) and Microsoft Products
High attention to detail and the ability to work independently under tight deadlines
Added bonus if you have:
Experience ensuring SOX compliance
Experience supporting audits
Experience working for a manufacturing company
