Responsibilities

- Negotiate pricing, payment terms, delivery schedules, and contract terms to secure cost savings and minimize risks.
- Maintain compliance with Federal Acquisition Regulations and ensure audit-ready documentation.
- Conduct cost and price analyses to ensure fair and reasonable pricing.
- Administer purchase orders from solicitation through closeout collaborating with internal teams.
- Mentor and guide junior buyers to support team development.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders and suppliers to maintain strong relationships.

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience and professional training.
