Ulbrich is seeking a Contract Account Specialist who is looking for an exciting opportunity with an industry leader in the metals field. As part of the Ulbrich Sales team you will be the point of contact for customer accounts, supporting contract and account administration, ensuring customer transactions and contract terms are handled accurately and within the terms of the agreement. Specific job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
The ideal candidate will have strong communication, problem-solving, analytical and organizational skills, with a focus on customer satisfaction and contract compliance. A bachelor’s degree in business or relevant field is preferred. Must be results-driven, self-motivated and able to work in a team-based work environment (both large and small teams). The ability to understand and work effectively with the specifications and applications of an extensive and technical product line is necessary.
