Education: Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
Experience: Three (3) years of professional secretarial, clerical, or administrative experience.
Other: Additional work experience as defined above may be substituted on a year for year basis for up to four (4) years of the required education.
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:
Knowledge of office administrative practices and procedures, including filing systems, scheduling, and correspondence.
Knowledge of travel and expense reporting policies and systems.
Knowledge of organizational structure and protocols relevant to executive-level support.
Skill in managing complex and shifting calendars with competing priorities.
Skill in using discretion and sound judgment in handling confidential or sensitive information.
Skill in oral and written communication.
Skill in the use of Microsoft Office and Google Suite products.
Ability to anticipate the needs of an executive and respond proactively.
Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities.
Ability to establish and maintain positive working relationships with a wide variety of individuals.
Preferences: Prior experience in an athletic department or high-demand office environment.
