Sr. HR Systems Analyst

Engine is a fast-growing travel platform revolutionizing work travel by simplifying and enhancing business travel experiences. They seek a detail-oriented Sr. HR Systems Analyst to optimize and administer their People technology stack, supporting HRIS, ATS, Performance Management, and Payroll systems to enable data-driven decisions.

Skills

  • Experience with HR systems such as UKG, Workday, Lattice.
  • Hands-on expertise with HiBob, Lattice, UKG, Greenhouse.
  • System configuration, integration management, and reporting skills.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets with data management.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills for translating technical details.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities balancing short-term tasks and long-term improvements.

Responsibilities

  • Own day-to-day administration, configuration, and optimization of the People tech stack including HRIS, ATS, Performance Management, and Payroll systems.
  • Manage user access, permissions, workflows, integrations, and configurations.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and liaise with vendors for escalations.
  • Support new HRIS implementation including configuration, data migration, testing, and go-live activities.
  • Create and maintain project plans, timelines, status updates, and documentation.
  • Continuously evaluate and enhance system workflows for efficiency and scalability.
  • Recommend AI-powered tools to improve process efficiency and user experience.
  • Streamline and automate manual HR processes across the employee lifecycle.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align systems with evolving business needs.
  • Stay current on system capabilities, vendor updates, and best practices.
