- Advanced proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets with data management.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for translating technical details.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities balancing short-term tasks and long-term improvements.
Responsibilities
- Own day-to-day administration, configuration, and optimization of the People tech stack including HRIS, ATS, Performance Management, and Payroll systems.
- Manage user access, permissions, workflows, integrations, and configurations.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and liaise with vendors for escalations.
- Support new HRIS implementation including configuration, data migration, testing, and go-live activities.
- Create and maintain project plans, timelines, status updates, and documentation.
- Continuously evaluate and enhance system workflows for efficiency and scalability.
- Recommend AI-powered tools to improve process efficiency and user experience.
- Streamline and automate manual HR processes across the employee lifecycle.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align systems with evolving business needs.
- Stay current on system capabilities, vendor updates, and best practices.
