The Student Experience Associate role in the Texas McCombs MBA for Working Professionals Student Affairs team is responsible for assisting a Senior Academic Program Coordinator in the execution of weekend class sessions, coordinating academic and community-building events, and fostering student development. This role manages several key aspects of program operations, including but not limited to procurement, travel and reimbursements, program communications, and supports a positive and growth-oriented community through building trusted relationships with students, faculty, cross- functional team members and internal/external vendors. While duties will primarily support one Working Professional MBA program, this role works collaboratively across the Working Professional and Executive MBA program team and duties may shift focus as needed to support team members.
