- Manage end-to-end recruiting process: sourcing, pipeline management, offer extension, and candidate closing
- Partner with Product leadership including SVP, VPs, and Directors to build the team collaboratively
- Continuously improve hiring processes to scale effectively
- Provide a transparent and high-touch candidate experience

- Bachelor's degree required
