Accounts Payable Supervisor
Skills
- Strong accounts payable and financial processing knowledge
- Leadership and team management experience in fast-paced environments
- Proficiency in NetSuite or comparable accounting systems and Concur T&E
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills including pivot tables and VLOOKUPs
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to prioritize effectively under deadlines
- Detail-oriented and self-motivated with ability to work independently and collaboratively
Responsibilities
- Manage full accounts payable cycle including invoice review, expense report processing, and weekly payments
- Lead, mentor, and develop the Accounts Payable team promoting accountability and high performance
- Prepare weekly check and ACH payment batches and assist with wire payment setup
- Maintain vendor relationships and resolve payment disputes to ensure smooth operations
- Assist with month-end close processes including accruals and reconciliations
- Maintain vendor master files for 1099 reporting and implement operational improvements
- Document processes and provide training to support successful integration of changes
- Perform additional duties and support special projects as required
Education
- Minimum five years of accounts payable experience
- At least two years in a leadership or supervisory role
