Account Manager

Vonage is a global leader in cloud communications looking for an Account Manager with expertise in Contact Center solutions. This role is focused on expanding and retaining enterprise-level accounts by managing renewals, driving account growth, and collaborating across teams to deliver customer value in a dynamic cloud communications environment.

Skills

  • Expertise in Contact Center technologies such as Vonage Contact Center, Genesys, NICE, or Five9.
  • Knowledge of UCaaS, CCaaS, VoIP, and CRM systems like Salesforce.
  • Strong negotiation and enterprise account management skills.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building capabilities.
  • Ability to manage complex projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Consultative selling and customer-focused strategy development.
  • Cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

  • Own and retain strategic customer accounts focused on Contact Center technologies.
  • Lead renewal negotiations ensuring revenue stability and high customer satisfaction.
  • Build and maintain relationships with technical and executive stakeholders.
  • Coordinate with support, implementation, and product teams for seamless customer experiences.
  • Identify and mitigate risks affecting account health.
  • Recommend product enhancements and upsells within the Vonage Contact Center suite.
  • Execute tailored engagement strategies to meet customer business cycles and needs.
  • Provide customer insights internally to inform product development and go-to-market strategies.
  • Support peers by sharing best practices related to renewals and account expansion.

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in business communications or a related field preferred but not required.
