Compensation Range: $60,000-$100,000+/year   

This role has a monthly draw of $3,000 + incentive opportunities with uncapped commission potential


How do our Automotive Sales Consultants Drive Impact?
  • Maintain unit average required by store
  • Greet all customers promptly and in a courteous manner
  • Lead customers through the entire sales process
  • Take customers on test drives and ensure the customer understands the vehicle’s operating features
  • Follow up with customers after the purchase
  • Maintain daily contact with potential customers through CRM


We're Looking For:
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales
  • Professional attitude and appearance
  • Strong sales, customer service, and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Must have a valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
