WHAT YOU WILL DO
Rep Data is seeking a strategic, driven, and people-first sales leader to scale and lead our Account Executive (AE) team. This role will be responsible for developing the strategy, structure, and performance culture needed to win new business across our target segments: consulting firms, market research agencies, and brands.  You will set ambitious targets, provide ongoing coaching and development to a growing team of AEs, and partner closely with leadership across Client Services, Marketing, and Revenue Operations to ensure alignment and execution.


IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL...

  • Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing team of Account Executives focused on new logo acquisition and early-stage client conversion
  • Set team strategy and KPIs for pipeline generation, deal velocity, win rates, and quota achievement
  • Create repeatable, data-driven sales processes that improve AE efficiency, performance, and client experience
  • Drive the recruitment, onboarding, and development of top-tier sales talent
  • Collaborate with Marketing to refine ICPs, messaging, and inbound/outbound campaign strategy
  • Partner with Client Services to ensure smooth handoffs, healthy first projects, and long-term client success
  • Monitor market trends and competitive dynamics to continually sharpen positioning
  • Own forecasting and reporting for AE team performance in collaboration with Revenue Operations
  • Build a culture of high accountability, continuous learning, and shared success


WHAT YOU BRING...

  • Education: 
    • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • Experience: 
    • 7–10+ years of B2B sales experience, including 3–5 years in sales leadership roles
    • Proven success building and managing Account Executive teams in high-growth environments
    • Deep understanding of the sales process for market research, data, SaaS, or a related B2B solution
    • Hands-on experience with sales methodologies (e.g., MEDDIC, Challenger, SPIN, Sandler)
    • Strong CRM discipline (Salesforce) and experience managing with data
    • Exceptional leadership, communication, and team-building skills
    • A high standard for performance, accountability, and client experience
