Responsibilities
- Manage multifamily construction and renovation projects from start to finish.
- Facilitate decision making on project scope, budget, and schedule.
- Prepare work packages, review contractor proposals, and ensure quality standards.
- Collaborate with project teams including engineers, architects, and local authorities.
- Obtain necessary permits and resolve RFIs and change orders.
- Monitor multiple projects across states and close out projects with certificates of occupancy and manuals.
- Maintain communication flow and contribute to a high-performing team culture.
Education
- Degree from an accredited university in construction management, engineering, or related fields.
