Responsibilities
- Build proof of concept (POC) environments and manage associated hardware
- Provide ongoing customer support via email and phone
- Serve as the subject matter expert during and after the POC process
- Assist account executives with system configurations and workflow setups
- Schedule and conduct training sessions for customers
- Collect and troubleshoot bugs/support issues and escalate as needed
