Manager, AI Outcomes

Glean is a pioneering AI-powered knowledge management platform seeking a Manager for its AI Outcomes team to lead customer enablement, drive AI adoption, and deliver measurable business value through deep collaboration with stakeholders.

Skills

  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication with diverse audiences including executives
  • Data fluency and KPI-driven mindset
  • Consultative and creative problem-solving
  • Deep understanding of AI capabilities including prompting, agent workflows, and LLMs
  • Experience in AI/data/enterprise SaaS environments
  • Proven ability to drive business transformation and technology adoption

Responsibilities

  • Manage AI Outcomes Managers to deliver high-impact customer enablement and value realization
  • Develop prescriptive adoption playbooks, processes, and templates for consistent delivery
  • Engage with executive sponsors and business stakeholders to drive product utilization
  • Partner cross-functionally with other customer organization leaders for seamless customer experience
  • Synthesize field feedback to influence product roadmap and collaborate with Product and R&D teams
  • Design and report on key metrics demonstrating ROI, adoption, and transformation progress
  • Serve as an internal and external thought leader on AI outcomes and user transformation

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in relevant field or equivalent experience
