Revenue Operations Manager (GTM Systems) - job 1 of 2

The company is seeking a highly capable Revenue Operations Manager to manage and evolve go-to-market systems, primarily Salesforce, ensuring optimized tools and workflows across sales, marketing, and customer success teams.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the full lifecycle and administration of GTM systems including Salesforce.
  • Handle user access, roles, permissions, and troubleshoot system issues.
  • Design, test, implement, and optimize system workflows and automations.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance to align systems with business processes.
  • Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and renewals for GTM systems.
  • Maintain documentation on system architecture, process changes, and policies.
  • Serve as the internal expert and trusted advisor for all GTM systems-related matters.

Education
