Responsibilities: Key responsibilities include managing sales activities in the assigned territory, developing strategic sales plans, achieving sales targets, and collaborating with internal teams to enhance customer engagement and satisfaction.
Skills: Candidates should have a minimum of 2 years of customer-facing experience, strong digital skills, effective communication capabilities, and a competitive drive to achieve goals.
Qualifications: Preferred qualifications include direct sales experience, especially in the education technology sector, as well as proficiency in social media platforms.
Location: This role is based in the Lubbock, Texas area and includes travel within the territory. It is hybrid, allowing remote work when not in the field.
Compensation: $55000 - $65000 / Annually

The Account Executive role is a field sales position working with customers within the college and universities market to offer digital learning solutions in the Lubbock, Texas territory. The goal of this role is to grow your territory through sourcing/closing new business with a high level of customer engagement. We are looking for a professional with experience working with customers or students, a digital aptitude, motivated by goal achievement, desire to collaborate with diverse thought, audiences, and team, and a has a passion for education.
Ideal candidates are located in West Texas area, including Lubbock, Amarillo, Levelland and Canyon. We offer a company car, and during busy season expect travel in the field 4 days per week where you will be walking across campus and may be standing for long periods of time to engage with customers. This role works remotely from home when not in the field.
You will be supported with clear goals and expectations, regular coaching, opportunities to build and strengthen your sales capabilities, internal resources and sales support, and a team of dedicated sales and marketing professionals passionate about education.

The full base pay range has been provided for this position. Individual base pay will vary based on work schedule, qualifications, experience, internal equity, and geographic location. Sales roles often incorporate a significant incentive compensation program beyond this base pay range.
$55,000.00 - $65,000.00 USD
