Responsibilities
- Lead the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) budgeting process across multiple entities and business lines
- Serve as a strategic finance partner to department leads for forecasting and budget negotiations
- Develop and maintain KPI dashboards and reporting packages for executives, investors, and board members
- Build financial models for scenario planning, cost optimization, pricing, and growth forecasting
- Lead or support implementation of FP&A tools to drive automation and improve reporting
- Deliver decision support through ad hoc modeling and scenario planning for strategic initiatives
- Support M&A diligence and integration planning with financial analysis and modeling
- Ensure consistent forecasting and reporting accuracy across entities using NetSuite and other systems
- Identify opportunities to automate and streamline workflows to focus on strategic work
Education
- Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
