Job Description
Hype Tier is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Client Account Representative to join our growing team in Boston, MA. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring a seamless experience while delivering tailored solutions that meet their business needs. You will collaborate closely with internal departments to manage expectations, resolve issues, and support long-term account growth.
Responsibilities
Serve as the main liaison between the client and internal teams
Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with assigned accounts
Understand client goals and provide strategic support to meet their objectives
Coordinate with various departments to ensure timely delivery of services
Monitor account performance and provide regular status updates to clients
Identify upsell opportunities and support client retention initiatives
Resolve issues and escalate problems when necessary
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and project progress
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
1-2 years of experience in account management, client relations, or a similar role
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
Ability to multitask and manage multiple client accounts simultaneously
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM platforms
Professional attitude with a commitment to delivering high-quality service
