Hype Tier is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Client Account Representative to join our growing team in Boston, MA. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring a seamless experience while delivering tailored solutions that meet their business needs. You will collaborate closely with internal departments to manage expectations, resolve issues, and support long-term account growth.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the main liaison between the client and internal teams

  • Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with assigned accounts

  • Understand client goals and provide strategic support to meet their objectives

  • Coordinate with various departments to ensure timely delivery of services

  • Monitor account performance and provide regular status updates to clients

  • Identify upsell opportunities and support client retention initiatives

  • Resolve issues and escalate problems when necessary

  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and project progress

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field

  • 1-2 years of experience in account management, client relations, or a similar role

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail

  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple client accounts simultaneously

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM platforms

  • Professional attitude with a commitment to delivering high-quality service
