SVP, Performance Media Client Lead

MissionOne Media is seeking a senior-level SVP, Performance Media Client Lead to manage a portfolio of performance media accounts with a strong focus on client relationships, business growth, and media excellence within a dynamic advertising agency environment. The ideal candidate is a visionary leader with deep performance media expertise and entrepreneurial spirit.

Skills

  • Expertise in performance media, including Google ad ecosystem and Bing platforms.
  • Strong analytical and business management skills for profitability and P&L oversight.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications such as Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with senior-level stakeholders.
  • Ability to present concepts clearly and read room dynamics effectively.
  • Strong organizational skills and multitasking capabilities in fast-paced settings.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and flexibility to execute diverse tasks.

Responsibilities

  • Retain and grow performance media accounts through strategic relationship management and business acumen.
  • Manage profitability and P&L for assigned client portfolio ensuring positive financial outcomes.
  • Develop and execute a roadmap for expanding customer base and profitability across multiple brands.
  • Oversee contract negotiations, billing, and staffing decisions to optimize account performance.
  • Advocate for best-in-class media products and cross-channel strategic outputs to build clients’ brands.
  • Partner with senior client stakeholders to understand marketing needs and establish deep business rapport.
  • Provide senior oversight of media execution and guide teams using expert knowledge in performance media.
  • Identify and pursue organic growth opportunities jointly with internal teams and senior leaders.
  • Supervise department management on accounts, offering feedback and fostering professional development.

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
