Part-Time HR Assistant
Description
We’re looking for a Part-Time HR Assistant to join our team. This is an awesome opportunity for someone who’s looking to start or grow a career in HR, wants to be part of a growing company in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, and is comfortable wearing different hats. You’d be a key player in keeping our HR operations running smoothly.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Helping with recruiting admin tasks like job postings, interview scheduling, and candidate communication
- Assisting new employees with onboarding – coordinating orientation and making sure everything’s set up for a great start
- Updating employee info in the HRIS system as needed
- Supporting our team by planning fun team events and organizing staff meetings
- Running reports, entering data, and handling general HR admin work
- Assisting with timeclock audits to help ensure accurate timekeeping and pay
- Being a friendly, reliable point of contact for employees with HR questions
Requirements
- Someone who can handle confidential and sensitive information with the utmost care
- Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented (but flexible enough to roll with changes)
- Tech-savvy and comfortable using spreadsheets, email, and learning new systems
- Friendly, helpful, and able to communicate clearly with all kinds of people
- No degree required – just bring your willingness to learn and grow
