Responsibilities
- Design and implement Workday Advanced Compensation solutions including merit, bonus, and stock plans.
- Lead technical execution of annual compensation cycles with data loading, validation, and reporting.
- Collaborate with Compensation, People Ops, and CorpEng to gather requirements and provide strategic solutions.
- Ensure data integrity and perform audits to maintain system optimization and documentation.
- Integrate Advanced Compensation with Workday Core HCM, Benefits, and Payroll modules.
Education
- Relevant professional certifications in Workday Advanced Compensation and HCM are a plus.
