Responsibilities
- Partner with division and company leadership to develop and operate staffing processes at scale
- Manage recruiting and resource allocation to support organizational growth from hundreds to thousands of employees
- Support corporate planning cycles including financial, headcount, and performance monitoring
- Collaborate with recruiting teams to ensure appropriate employee influx and reprioritize resources as needed
- Work with functional leaders to align staffing with employee performance and career development
- Analyze recruiting, staffing, and financial data to recommend resource reallocations
- Coordinate with business operations, analytics, and finance teams to build division infrastructure
- Execute special projects related to staffing, finance, real estate, and other business infrastructure
Education
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
