Responsibilities
- Develop and execute detailed commercial partnership agreements in the defense and technology sectors.
- Negotiate terms to align with Anduril’s technical and business objectives in collaboration with legal and business teams.
- Manage seamless transition of deals to relevant business units ensuring operational success.
- Produce executive-level presentations and detailed internal and external communications.
- Conduct financial modeling to evaluate partnership viability and support negotiation.
- Interact cross-functionally with engineering, finance, legal, and government relations teams.
- Manage confidential and sensitive projects with high professionalism and discretion.
- Travel 25-40% to meet global partners in-person.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degrees preferred but not mandatory.
