Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Receivables Specialist to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the collections process, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring timely receipt of payments. This role requires strong communication skills and proficiency in financial software and Excel.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make collection calls and send follow-up emails to clients regarding outstanding invoices
- Monitor and manage aging reports using Epicor and Microsoft Excel
- Reconcile accounts and resolve billing discrepancies
- Maintain accurate records of all collection activities
- Collaborate with internal departments to resolve client issues
- Prepare and analyze accounts receivable reports
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in collections or accounts receivable
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and billing collections
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables
- Experience with Epicor ERP system is highly preferred
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $25.00/hr.
