Junior HR Assistant

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with recruitment processes by posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates.
  • Maintain employee records and ensure all HR documentation is accurate and up to date.
  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes including preparing new hire paperwork and conducting orientation sessions.
  • Help coordinate training sessions and maintain training records.
  • Help coordinate and assist with employee benefits.
  • Respond to internal and external HR-related inquiries or requests and aid.
  • Assist in processing employee changes such as promotions, transfers, and terminations.
  • Maintain HR filing systems, both digital and physical.
  • Support HR initiatives, projects, and events as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant employment laws.


Requirements

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or coursework in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred.
  • High level of confidentiality and discretion.
  • Prior office or administrative experience is a plus, ideally in an HR setting.
  • Basic knowledge of HR functions and practices is desirable.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Willingness to learn and grow in the HR field.
