Junior HR Assistant
Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with recruitment processes by posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates.
- Maintain employee records and ensure all HR documentation is accurate and up to date.
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes including preparing new hire paperwork and conducting orientation sessions.
- Help coordinate training sessions and maintain training records.
- Help coordinate and assist with employee benefits.
- Respond to internal and external HR-related inquiries or requests and aid.
- Assist in processing employee changes such as promotions, transfers, and terminations.
- Maintain HR filing systems, both digital and physical.
- Support HR initiatives, projects, and events as needed.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant employment laws.
Requirements
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or coursework in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred.
- High level of confidentiality and discretion.
- Prior office or administrative experience is a plus, ideally in an HR setting.
- Basic knowledge of HR functions and practices is desirable.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Willingness to learn and grow in the HR field.
