The HRIS Analyst I will be responsible for administering, developing, and researching the Human Resources Information System (HRIS) to ensure that it meets our organization's needs. The HRIS Analyst I will play a critical role in optimizing HR processes, enhancing data integrity, and providing actionable insights from HR metrics. This role will collaborate closely with HR professionals and management to identify system requirements, design solutions, and provide user support. This position requires a strong understanding of HR operations and information systems, as well as the ability to analyze complex data sets. In addition, this role is expected to contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and drive data-driven decision-making within the HR and Operations departments.
