Responsibilities
- Design, lead, and execute quantitative research studies including statistical modeling, surveys, and experiments
- Analyze hardware integration and user behavior data to ensure actionable insights
- Evaluate the impact and efficacy of VR immersive training through robust data analysis
- Translate complex quantitative findings into clear recommendations for diverse stakeholders
- Collaborate cross-functionally with design, engineering, and product management teams
- Integrate AI-driven research methodologies to enrich insights
- Mentor junior researchers fostering analytical rigor and continuous learning
- Conduct onsite user testing and interviews with law enforcement agencies regularly
Education
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Psychology, Cognitive Science, HCI, Data Science, Statistics, or related quantitative fields
