Inside Sales Associate

Description

This position will be responsible for customer service. This associate will answer phone calls and customer inquiries to provide timely and accurate updates on orders and quotes, as needed. This position includes office duties such as completing paperwork, order entry, filing, faxing and other office work as requested. 

Responsibilities:

  • Entering and tracking orders.
  • Support sales team with quotes. 
  • Handles sales calls/emails with existing and potential new customers.
  • Provides accurate product quotes. 
  • Submits customer orders. 
  • Verifies all orders are accurate and meets the customer’s delivery expectations.
  • Maintains a project log and follows up on customer accounts.

Requirements

Qualifications:

  • One year of clerical experience, preferred.
  • Previous experience in a distribution or manufacturing environment, preferred.
