Position Overview

We are seeking a strategic Marketing Manager to drive growth and brand awareness for our expanding logistics operations. This role will develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to attract new clients in the automotive, food and beverage, and consumer products sectors while supporting our aggressive expansion plans. The ideal candidate will have B2B marketing experience, preferably in logistics, manufacturing, or industrial services.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Marketing Leadership

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to support company growth objectives
  • Create go-to-market strategies for new service offerings and geographic expansions
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and threats
  • Establish marketing KPIs and regularly report on campaign performance and ROI

Lead Generation & Client Acquisition

  • Design and execute multi-channel lead generation campaigns targeting automotive, food and beverage, and consumer products decision-makers
  • Develop account-based marketing strategies for high-value prospects
  • Create and manage marketing qualified lead (MQL) pipeline in collaboration with sales team
  • Optimize digital marketing channels including website, SEO, SEM, and social media

Content Marketing & Brand Management

  • Develop compelling content showcasing our technology capabilities, automation solutions, and lean management principles
  • Create case studies, white papers, and success stories highlighting client ROI and operational improvements
  • Manage company website content, ensuring messaging aligns with our value proposition
  • Oversee brand consistency across all marketing materials and communications

Industry Engagement & Events

  • Plan and execute trade show participation and industry event marketing
  • Develop thought leadership content and speaking opportunities for company executives
  • Build relationships with industry publications and logistics trade associations
  • Coordinate customer appreciation events and facility tours

Marketing Operations

  • Manage marketing budget and vendor relationships
  • Implement and optimize marketing automation and CRM systems
  • Coordinate with external agencies and contractors as needed
  • Analyze marketing metrics and adjust strategies based on performance data

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
  • 3-5 years of B2B marketing experience, preferably in logistics, manufacturing, or industrial services
  • Proven track record of developing successful lead generation campaigns
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and marketing automation platforms
  • Experience with CRM systems and marketing analytics tools
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Project management skills with ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
  • Proficiency in marketing software (HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Analytics, etc.)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in the logistics, supply chain, or 3PL industry
  • Knowledge of automotive, food and beverage, or consumer products industries
  • Experience with account-based marketing strategies
  • Familiarity with lean management principles
  • Trade show and event marketing experience
  • Understanding of complex B2B sales cycles
