Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Print customer paperwork.
  • Title work to goes to customers and banks.
  • Journal entries, chassis costs, regular auditing.
  • Code body invoices.
  • Floor body invoices.
  • Claim money on truck deals, pay off flooring, regular auditing.
  • Book deals in Karmak and Arcadium to send to accounting.
  • Code freight bills for each truck.
  • Monthly schedule audits for multiple schedules.
  • Warranty register units as signed paperwork returns.
  • Retail sell units monthly.
  • Pay off units paid for in F&I Pro.
  • Monthly reporting for management.
  • Maintain familiarity with products, programs and dealership credit policies.
  • Provide additional help in areas as needed.
  • Additional duties as assigned.

Requirements

Work Environment & Physical Abilities:

  • Activities require a full range of motion including; handling and lifting, manual and finger dexterity and eye-hand coordination.
  • This position may require standing, balancing, bending or stooping for prolonged periods of time.
  • This position requires corrected vision and hearing within normal range.
  • This position requires the occasional ability to lift and carry items weighing up to 45 lbs.
  • This position requires the ability to work under stressful conditions or irregular hours.

Required Education, Experience, Knowledge & Skills:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Valid driver's license and MVR in good standing.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Education, Experience, Knowledge & Skills:

  • Previous experience in a similar role.
  • Polylingual
