Responsibilities
- Partner with Client Advisors to translate business plans into operational cadence and provide calendar support
- Serve as first point of contact for client inquiries via email and phone
- Distill and summarize information for the team and internal stakeholders
- Coordinate tasks, activities, and meetings to meet client needs
- Project manage initiatives across multiple stakeholders
- Track status of key activities and maintain knowledge repositories like CRM
- Prepare teams for client interactions through presentations and prep notes
- Coordinate logistics including travel, events, and presentation materials
- Anticipate and resolve problems independently
- Collaborate on projects to improve departmental operations
Education
- Bachelor’s degree with a strong academic record preferred
