Associate Account Executive

Moosylvania is looking to add an account service person to their Gallo business unit. This role consists of assisting on a number of spirit and wine brands within the Gallo brand portfolio. This role will consist of assisting the team on managing and executing projects with the Moose teams, as well as eventually managing communication with the client(s). The team is currently looking for a person who has an exceptional attention to detail, is proactive and willing to jump in and learn within a fun, dynamic team environment. We believe in personality / applicable experience over years of tenure. Therefore, we are open to anyone from entry level to someone with a few years of agency experience.

 

SKILLS

 

  • Identifies opportunities to learn and develop overall account service skills. 

  • Ability to collaborate with teams internally. 

  • Feels accountable and knows how to ask questions and learn from mistakes.

  • Has the ability to take good notes and communicate in a clear, consistent and transparent manner.

  • Exhibits good organizational skills / the ability to juggle multiple projects.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

 

  • Assist Account Executives in managing client relationships and serving as the main point of contact for client communications.

  • Coordinate with internal teams (such as creative, content, and digital) to develop and execute marketing strategies that align with client objectives.

  • Prepare project briefs, timelines, and budgets, ensuring all deliverables are met on time and within scope.

  • Monitor campaign performance and provide regular updates to clients, including actionable insights and recommendations for optimization.

  • Conduct research and analysis to support client initiatives, including competitive analysis, market trends, and audience insights.

  • Assist in the preparation of client presentations, proposals, and reports.

  • Stay current with industry trends and best practices to contribute fresh ideas and innovative solutions.
